Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and applications operated by Dewey Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), including the Glimpse iOS app and the Glimpse website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Accounts

You may create an account using Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

Glimpse offers a free tier and a paid subscription, Glimpse Pro, with additional features and higher content limits. Glimpse Pro is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription.

• iOS subscriptions: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan. You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. For more details, see Apple's support documentation on managing subscriptions.
• Web subscriptions: Subscriptions purchased on the website are processed by Stripe. You can manage your subscription through the billing portal accessible from your account. Refunds for web subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us for assistance.

Subscription prices are displayed at the point of purchase and may vary by region. Prices may change, but we will notify you in advance of any price increase.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our services without express written permission.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials available through our services are the property of Dewey Labs or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our services without prior written consent, except as permitted by these Terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using our services, including flashcard decks, quizzes, and quiz cards. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.

If you share content via a share link, you acknowledge that the shared content will be accessible to anyone with the link.

AI-Generated Content

Glimpse Pro offers AI-powered features that generate study content from uploaded documents. This includes concept extraction, flashcard and quiz generation, milestone scheduling, and spaced repetition. Content is generated by a third-party AI service (Anthropic Claude) and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

• You should review all AI-generated content before using it for study purposes.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
• Uploaded document text is sent to Anthropic for processing. For study objectives, extracted text is stored on our servers to support ongoing study sessions and document review. You can delete your documents at any time.
• AI generation is subject to monthly usage limits as described in your subscription plan.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dewey Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. Active subscriptions will not be refunded upon termination for cause.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
