What are trans fats?
Unsaturated fats altered through hydrogenation, linked to increased heart disease risk
What is the difference between soluble and insoluble fiber?
Soluble fiber dissolves in water and helps lower cholesterol; insoluble fiber does not dissolve and promotes bowel regularity
